3 MINUTE STRETCHING ROUTINE FOR YOUR WORKDAY

What's the biggest excuse for not getting some mobility work in?? TIME!

The pace of life is fast in Northern Virginia. The majority of patients that I treat are busy, as are most Americans. Between working and commuting, there is often very little time left over for physical activity. I totally get that!! However, it is my mission to teach people that getting movement into their day is NOT impossible. It just takes a little creativity and the motivation to make it happen.

Here is the perfect example of an easy 3 minute workday mobility flow that can be done right at your desk! This is great for releasing tension in the neck, back or hips (which is all to common with a sedentary job). Remember, it doesn't have to be complicated or take hours on end... just move!!
