how it works

CONSULTATION
Similar to our regular PT sessions, your hybrid program will begin with thorough assessment and history to determine the root cause of your problems and the best plan moving forward.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM
We will develop a customized program in 4 week increments that you can complete on your own. This means lots of time saved by not having to go to and from appointments any longer! All programming will provided through our easy to use mobile app.

COMMUNICATION
Even though this is hybrid, we still will be guiding you every step of the way. You will have 1 45 minute session/mo with your therapist, and weekly check in's via the app to answer questions and make program updates as necessary. Plus, you always have the ability to contact us anytime through our mobile app!
payment info
OPW is an out-of-network practice, meaning we do not participate with any insurance plans.
Payment is due at the time of service via our secure online payment processor.
Wellness services are not eligible for reimbursement. Your PT will discuss if you qualify for PT or wellness at the time of your eval.
If you are in the state of Virginia, your insurance plan may cover out of network Physical Therapy services, so be sure to check with your carrier.
We also accept FSA/HSA funds.

3 Month Package : $300/mo
